Service department kept saying they were waiting for their district rep to give them approval. After a week I contacted Kia Corp and found out the rep they were waiting for wasn't around and their boss handed it off and told them to get it done. Finally after 10 days I got my car. It's disappointing they just can't fix a new car with 1700 miles.

A good experience for the most part, but I wish they wouldve spent a little more time going over the features in the car. I was told that I would be able to display my map app on the screen, but once the paperwork was signed and we tried to do that they couldnt figure it out and said oh well, I guess that isnt a feature on this particular vehicle.
