Waited for three hours only to be told no work begun because the service rep had been dialing my number wrong 6 times. My number was accurate in the computer system though. No apologies at all, just delayed work so I missed an afternoon appointment. Never returning, going to Kia Alhambra instead.

It took so long to fix my car and cost an arm and a leg. I finally picked it up and 2 hours a check engine light came back on. I had to take it back and literally wait 3.5 hours for them to fix a faulty wiring. Why it wasn't done properly in the first place is beyond me.

Service itself was very good. I was waiting and they were efficient and shared exactly what was done with video. The check in process however was very disorganized. I waited for 30 min after my appointment time and had to go search for someone to help me after watching cars after me being helped first.

For a Kia or any car this place is the most professional enjoyable experience you can have getting a car fixed and that's not very a very enjoyable experience at all and they make everything very very easy and they don't talk down to women like they don't know anything they're very helpful extremely helpful and I would never take my cat anywhere else.

I actually give 5- stars to the front and the guys in the shop who were very nice and helpful. I believe Sam is one of them. My only unpleasant experience was at the checkout counter the cashier was very unpleasant, kind of rude and she look very unhappy. Everything was fine until then . I didn't get her name but I believed she is a Hispanic lady.

It was good on the beginning but then ! They try to cancel my contract for the oil service. I had to argue so they keep doing my service since I was the first owner of the Kia Sedona 2019 LX. And I been loyal to Kia. I bought 3 Kia viechels on the pass. And they still treat me bad. Specially the GM of the service department. I would not recommend this Kia dealers to NO one !

Service was completed in reasonable time frame. Location of the facility is good where there are stores and restaurants while waiting for vehicle in Service Dept. Facility's main showroom building is subpar compared to other nearby auto dealerships but it was in the beginning stage of being remodeled.

They did not call me to let me know what was wrong with my car they sent me an email and I wrote back to the email and still noting then we I got there they said my battery was bad so I had to wait for them to give me a new on if they would of called I would of had them change it the video the recorded was done at 1035 pm and Juan didn't seen it to me till about 2pm and I dropped my car off the night before

We went in Kia Glendale to get our Kia Sportage an oil change and not only did we get an oil change, but we also came out with another car, a 2026 Kia Niro hybrid. The experience was surreal and the people there were really great. It was unexpected but because the workers there were very kind and understanding of our car needs, we got the car. It was a win-win. I definitely recommend. All their services are top notch

I waited almost 5 hrs for my car to be ready. And I was there sitting in front of my car until someone drove it to the maintenance area and my appt was at 10 am and they took my car inside at 12:15 pm , I had to go inside the office to let them know 2 hrs had passed and no one had touched my car , that was ridiculous, this never happened to me before

The men preparing the 'intake' of our vehicles were professional and accommodating. I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service etiquette by the female cashier when checking out/paying the invoice. She was lackluster, uninterested and unfriendly.

Very shady group. They tried to charge me insane amount of money for completely unnecessary brand new break oil change!! Not only that, they tried to charge me a fortune for a simple engine filter change. They must have trained these technicians to prey on innocent people coming for a simple oil change. I am not sure they even change the filter during oil change. These people are pure evil.
