They are helpful but i dont like hwo they charge their customers. I went there for warranty claim for my 2021 honda crv miles were only 15600 but it didnt work out because they said its not part of the factory defects for a broken wheel studs and they even charging me for $900+ even if theres a bumper to bumper warranty they dont wat you to know it. Instead i just withdraw and pulled out my car and have it fixed to my friend wjo used to work at honda and he just charge me $168 for 5pcs of broken wheelstuds and labor. Ill never have my car serviced at the dealership i just dont trust them anymore
