My brake was still squeaking after they did the brake work, but it was due to the brake pedal,
and not the braking system, I took it back the next day and they made it right. They said if I have anymore trouble with it, to just bring it back. So far it's good.

There was some delay in getting the part, then a misunderstanding about when the job would be done, so they had to keep my car another day. Then the way they fixed all of that was awesome! They gave me such a great deal to make up for it. That's what "customer service" is all about.

Thank you for making a note about the motor mounts. I was able to have all three replaced by Dorian Ford under my Ford extended warranty that was getting ready to expire 12/31/24 and all I had to pay was my $100 deductible

This shop was great. The staff is friendly . I brought a headlight bulb w me . I asked if they could install it he said yes no problem . Well had the wrong one . I was told it's ok I have the one you need and I won't charge you. I will definitely be taking my car there for whatever it needs

Was upset I wasn't given a loaner car like i had been the previous time. Had to take it back had trouble 48 hours after I "supposedly" got it fixed. Not happy and hopefully not going back. I don't think i should have been charged the 2nd time. New owners don't know if they are better.

Richard performed maintenance on my Jeep with an oil change and tire rotation. He checked the belts, hoses, and fluids for me. I was having issues with a rear wiper blade which was only a couple of months old, so he replaced it free of charge. Best place in the area to have work done on a vehicle.

I liked their other services, but when they were working on my truck's transmission they neglected to tighten up the lines. So I went on a long trip and lost all of my transmission
fluid. That held me back from enjoying my trip.
This is an updated review from my Carfix review that I posted above this review. Carfix went above and beyond my expectations
to make things right because of their mistake.They reimbursed me for the services that I had at Firestone in Saginaw, plus the motel stay, that I had to stay at because of the Transmission problem, plus the Car Wash that was necessary because of the Transmission fluid all over the bottom of my truck and the tires. The fact that they made this right, shows me that this company truly cares about their customers!!
It reflects their honesty and integrity,!! So thank you so
much to CarfIx and Billy for coming through and making
this right for me!!
