Nothiing I didn't like. Very helpful right from the start, sharing diagnoses info, alternative fixes, kept me up to date on prices of parts and other equipment necessary, completed work in timely fashion while I waited. And the waiting area was the best--comfortable chairs, interesting reading material, and a fireplace!

Very friendly employees that communicated well. Every item that was to be worked on was explained in detail and pricing was discussed. The final billing total was within 6 dollars of the estimate. The vehicle was finished and ready for pickup at the promised time. Everything is working properly on the vehicle. I'm impressed and will gladly return when service is needed again on my vehicle.

Update: More accurately, seems to not mention the October general check-up when promoting the need for a general check-up.

My sister and I were vacationing in Lincoln City, and suddenly my car wouldn't start. Locals recommended Car Care Specialists, since they worked on Subarus and were close by. They were efficient and thorough in diagnosing the problem, explaining the repairs needed, fixing the car, and getting us back on the road (and back home!) the following day. Absolutely the best customer service I've ever received from a car repair establishment! And, the repairs came in at a reasonable price. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in solving our problem - and saving our vacation!
