The shop took care of my car when I had a serious transmission issue. They were responsive and gave me a competitive price so I didn't need to go through the hassle of towing it to another shop. If I am in Chicago again and needing car care, I will definitely head back.

I found out one of my tires had air coming out. It seems there was a problem with the valve. It turned out that I need to replace the tire so we did all four tires. I went during lunchtime and they told me the car should be ready by six. I was able to get things done and they called me around six to tell me that I could pick up the car. The service was reasonable and the customer service was great.

I had a particularly rough morning today with a flat tire on my way to work the team at Car Care saved the day! They had me back on the road within a matter of minutes having plugged the hole left by some road debris. For over 15 years I've entrusted my cars to this shop and the team has always kept me safe on the road. THANKS Again!!!

The guys were awesome at Car Care. Blew out a tire on a Saturday morning in downtown Chicago. They gave an out of town person excellent service. Tire replaced in acouple of hours. Kept us informed. Kept telling us to enjoy our vacation. They were open til 7pm on a Saturday. Highly recommend.
