Went in for a oil change and NYS Inspection, and tire rotation. There oil/grease all over my door and inside of front windshield. The tires where never checked for proper pressure and a day later was getting warning about low tire pressure.

The service at Cappellino Buick was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership service department. They are not equipped to handle warranty work and basically are guillty of warranty fraud.

Not usually one to write reviews but I figure I'd let people know. So I had my truck serviced for brakes (needed new front rotors.) Dropped it off the night before so they would have it first thing. ( Had appointment set 2.5 weeks prior) Told them I needed the truck back that night, they said no problem. Called them at 2 pm and they had not even looked at it yet, called back at 4pm and they said yeah it won't be done. I said ok well I can figure something out, but I need it first thing tomorrow. Guy told me it would be done at 9am next day no later. On my way to pick it up I get a call so ya my guys put the wrong rotors on so it's going to be a little while, 2 hours later after waiting they finished. Didn't really seem like anyone cared either. Would not recommend, take your vehicle elsewhere.
