Car was taken right in when I arrived for oil change, tire rotation, service assessment. Discussed service options with technician and chose the ones I could manage yesterday. The waiting room is pleasant, and my wait yesterday was fairly short. Car was washed and bill settled quickly and easily.

I took my RV for into the dealer due to a recall. It seemed to take quite a while for the technology to determine the problem. Instead of needing another appointment, the service department replaced the recalled item so now all is well. I always get excellent service from Capitol Toyota.

excellent in all respects. Trenton was friendly and professional. We had a recall issue and the staff were able to take care of it at that time rather than my having to set up another appointment. To me that showed initiative and over and above service. All else was taken care of as scheduled for that maintenance visit. Had a lot done. Service advisor Brooks did an outstanding job in determining what needed to be done. Shop did an oil and filter change, tire rotation, 4x4 fluid service and transmission fluid and filter change. Found battery low and charged it. Very satisfied with all.

My service was schedule for 2-1/2 hours, which turned into 5 hours due to an upload issue on software. Not a people problem. However, when I scheduled my service I informed scheduler I needed a loaner as I live in Woodburn and am a care giver to an 85 year old disabled vet. Was told not possible (even though last time not a problem). So I had to wait an extra long time. Not a great customer service answer.

I always enjoy coming in to Cap Toyota. This time was for a recall notice that doesn't currently have a fix but is definitely irritating. They couldn't say if they fixed it or not but they tried like heck. If nothing else, they made a valid attempt at it. Everyone is always a pleasure to work with. They are very transparent about everything and are very knowledgeable. I have no complaints.

There were very friendly service people and a nice waiting area with drinks and snacks. We were not notified when our vehicle was finished, but it was OK. We just went out to check and our keys were there. A different service person checked us out. We will go back.

Excellent service provided by the service manager Brooks. He kept me informed on what was found and service needed. The servicing technician found the issue with the sound that we were experiencing and also tested the battery to see that was our recent issue with the vehicle not starting and showing numerous issues. And finally, the ride home after dropping our vehicle off for service, was provided by a most friendly driver, Jim.

Chase Worst did a great job with the intake and getting the service rolling. The service itself was, as usual, impeccable. On reflection, as it was raining, maybe I didn't really need the free carwash. Only complaint I had was that the coffee machine wasn't working.

I have to take my car to the dealer 4 times one day per week because they were doing a maintenance and instead the woke something and they didn't bother to tell me. I have to find out. Then have to go back again because they forgot to put the engine filter to my car. Things like that.

Greeted promptly, then stuck in an office and forgotten about for about 10 minutes, but I was early. Then my vehicle received excellent care with a nice bath and vacuum at the end. Very much appreciate the hot cocoa and snacks. Also appreciate how dog friendly you are.

I like that I can make my appointment ahead of time. I like that I get the reminders. I like that the staff take me where I need to go. I love that. My car is washed before I pick it up. Everything about it is nice. I have no complaints and I love the cheese and peanut butter crackers

The staff doing the actual servicing were fine, but the staff up front were not. They left me hanging as to when the car was ready, and didn't bother to tell me they had to order parts. I had to ask. Plus they didn't go out of their way to let me know when the parts can in. I had to call and ask what was going on.

Steve Heise always great and I seek his judgement. I always feel confident in the work of the service shop. The invoice was a little hard to understand and I also forgot to bring a checkbook so that I wouldn't get the surcharge. Might be helpful to have that reminder in the reminders about the appointment.

Steve Heise helped me. He's very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my many questions. Tuesday was an exceptionally busy day and service took a while longer than anticipated. Driver Jim, who has driven me home and back before, is just great and knows the streets well to avoid traffic jams. I highly recommend the service shop!!

There wasn't anything I didn't like! The shuttle was made available for return home to care for my husband. Everything was taken care of including the Aquapel (sp) that I ordered when I dropped the car off. Even though I was given a copy of the report, it was gone through by the agent and asked if I had any questions. A great "well car" check.

Traveled 30 miles for scheduled repairs and was able to pick up the vehicle on time but when got home found that the repairs were not correct which means we have to come back again with 2 vehicles to get the repairs corrected. Take a lot of our time and expense of extra gas cost.
