Los Gatos Acura has superior customer service and they treat you with the utmost care, they truly care about their customers. They are always easy, quick and accommodating to your needs and service requirements. Having a courtesy car available has been a great benefit when needed. Also, I love having a nice cup of coffee at the refreshment center for my ride home!

My sales guy, Russ was great. But the lady behind the counter that helped me after with the rental car, had very poor customer service. When you asked her a question, she answered it but seems annoyed doing so. Not one smile or eye contact was made. Very rude. otherwise would have been 5 stars

Great service as always! They found a problem with one of my tires I did not know about, put a new tire on and put the claim in for me to Michelin tires. B1 service, new front breaks, flushed fuel lines and a new tire in 1/2 a day. I have never taken my car anywhere else.

Eugenia who was my service advisor did an excellent job in keeping me abreast of the cost, applying necessary discounts ( although a tad still expensive cost for my liking after the discounts), and followed up with service progress. Having been bringing my maintenance needs to Acura Service, to get genuine Honda parts and fluids necessary to keep my car in great condition so far..

Prompt service and good customer service experience and personnel, and fixed the front right halogen intermittent headlight problem because of part unavailability and took a day extra. Customer service dept. is excellent but cost of service is expensive for the time spent on a fix.

I had an excellent experience with the service department at Capital Acura, and I want to especially recognize Hector for his outstanding service.
Hector went above and beyond from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to every detail. He took the time to clearly explain what my car needed, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled efficiently.
What really stood out was his honesty and genuine carehe made me feel confident that my car was in the right hands. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free, which is not always easy to find when it comes to car service.
The service team at Capital Acura is top-notch, and Hector truly sets the standard for customer care. I highly recommend asking for him if you want a seamless and trustworthy service experience.

I brought my 2015 Acura TLX to Capital Acura Expressway for what should have been a routine oil change and tire rotation. Instead of a straightforward service experience, I was immediately told as soon as I walked in that I was "in for a big surprise" and that because they had no records of my vehicle ever being serviced with Acura, I would need a minimum of $1,800 in work.
That statement was completely inaccurate.
I have owned this vehicle for years, and all service performed since I've owned it has been done through Acura dealerships, specifically Acura Stevens Creek and Capital Acura Expressway. In fact, I had maintenance completed there previously, including an oil change, tire rotation, and replacement of the cabin and engine air filters.
What made this even more frustrating is that the same advisor had helped me before, yet still presented false information about my vehicle history and recommended services I had already completed. He also gave me an estimate of around $500 for my visit by adding items like filters without clearly explaining that they were being included, when I came in expecting a routine service closer to the quoted coupon price for an oil change and tire rotation.
After asking him to pull my service history using my VIN, the records clearly showed extensive Acura dealership service history.
Customers should be able to trust the information they are given, especially when it comes to expensive repair recommendations. Being told you need thousands of dollars in work based on inaccurate information before anyone has even properly reviewed the vehicle is unacceptable and felt highly misleading.
I would not recommend this location based on my experience. Transparency, accuracy, and honesty should come first.
