Went for oil change and popping noise in front end. Front end issue was bolts left loose during an alignment for new tires at a chain tire store 400 miles ago. They basically retightened and torqued and aligned the front end again and rotated the tires due to wear from the loose bolts. A bit pricey at $500 but I am back in action and the truck drives great.

Didn't listen about a reoccurring problem, not willing to stand behind their work. Only wanted to charge me over and over to take it in and do a diagnostics for a problem than a 2024 tundra that had bad software that they had updated at least twice maybe three times.

Had truck serviced and used courtesy pickup. Was given a timeframe for pickup and also received call stating they were on the way. Service writer called to confirm the service needed. Also received call saying vehicle was ready and would returned soon. I really liked that I was kept in the loop and didn't have to guess when ready.

I set up the service appointment online, specifying what I wanted done. There was a product recall out on my car, so that had to be done on a weekday. The initial encounter was awkward, but I eventually found a service rep who addressed my concerns. The customer lounge was crowded, but comfortable. The service was performed satisfactorily. I found my car after checking out and drove home.

Liked the knowledge of the check in person. I did not like that they scanned the car and saw excessive tire wear and did not offer to contact Yokohama who was the tire dealer working with Toyota. When I called Murfreesboro dealer they said that Capitol Toyota should have offered to do for me. I now need to make more calls to Capitol to see if they will.

My overall experience was only ok. Check in was a little difficult but worked through it. But when I got my car back not only was my seat position all jacked up they also adjusted my steering wheel (never had that before). They left a greasy handprint on the hood. Definitely not exceptional service.

Is spite of a simple service for tire rotation and oil change, I was there almost two hours, even with an appointment. In addition, a simple plastic piece that had fallen off behind my rear view mirror they quoted me $200 to repair. I bought it myself for $59 and it took 20 seconds to install. Why do dealers insist on such stupid high margins and service rates? I'll find another dealer.
