Only 2 visits thus far, but I felt very welcome and was satisfied with the turn-around time while I waited for my service to be completed. Warranty repairs were handled professionally and with courtesy. Our service writer, Caty, was professional and empathetic. Both rattles were identified and repaired. The adaptive cruise control concern could not be duplicated, and therefore not resolved. There appears to be a vehicle system design issue since the fault codes are not retained when the forward radar portion of the adaptive cruise control stops without warning.
