Well, first I only came to get a tire rotation. I was a few minutes early for my 730 am appointment. After 30 minutes or so, I was told I needed an alignment. To make a long story short? I waited 2 and 1/2 hours to hear that my rear passenger tire was bad. And they said gave me an oil change eventhough i had around 900 miles before due. I declined purchasing a tire, paid them $194, dollars and peeled out of there.
