Great customer service. Up front and honest. They have a great selection of vehicles. Our salesman Carlos and finance manager Vense were great to work with. Although the fiance changed her mind on the vehicle she wanted, I would still highly recommend buying from Capitol Auto. I even gave them a $500 deposit down to hold the vehicle and they gave it back with no questions asked.

It was one of the worst experiences I've had. First of all he told me that I had a deal for a four dark horse and I've been in the car been in 30 years as a small dealer myself and the one thing you don't do is lie to a customer. You keep it real and you let them know what you can and can't do. I will never go there again. I've already advised many people that I know to not do the same. Also, no apologies was given and I was a totally misled.
