Service was good and quick. The dislike was trying to "sell" a front end alignment of $180, they had Rotated tires with no sign of abnormal wear, "claims technical notice pulling to right". So he noticed this pulling over to their car wash while in parking lot??? Vehicle does not pull at all. . They ALWAYS try to "sell" you some other service than what you go in for.

Cape Girardeau Honda's service department did an outstanding job servicing my 2019 Acura RDX. They changed the transmission fluid and performed an oil change. I used there shuttle service which is convenient because my vehicle was getting serviced while I was at work. I highly recommend.

We took our truck in because it had just died at a stop light. we got it started and took it to Cape Girardeau Honda. they took it and said it would be a little while because they were working us in. We were fixed and truck was washed in an hour and 10 minutes. I don't think anyone could have done any better.

Cape Girardeau Honda took my car right back, and the entire appointment, including a car wash, was completed in a bit less than an hour. I also appreciated their courtesy.
What I didn't appreciate was that the mechanic turned on my radio and left it on a station that would definitely not be my choice! He also reset my seat!

Polite, I got my oil changed, tires rotated, multi point inspection and they washed my car. I waited in the lounge with a cup of coffee and a snack. Service technician explained the things that may be needed in the future. Good job service department.

Took quite a while due to get finished. We were told it was more busy because of extra customers scheduled by mistake. Staff was very polite and helpful. I was not bothered by the wait because I made plans to have a visit with a friend away from the dealership during the service time.
