I had an appointment to fix I rear defogger for 10 am. I called multiple times to get a status update, never got a call back. I get out of work at 5 pm there by 5:15 they never brought my jeep in. Then instead of replacing my window they decided to glue the diodes on the glass. Hence today in this storm I couldn't get my glass to defog.

Vary bad company had brought a car for 30 thousand dollars the transmission went in not even 90 days and the refused to help me out so I had to get a court case going. Very unprofessional and is a waste of money.

Keyasia, the vehicle you purchased had over 15,000 miles put on it in just four months, which is extremely extensive usage. Additionally, your warranty had already expired by the time you brought the car in for repairs. While we understand that a transmission failure is frustrating, we were unable to cover the repairs under warranty due to these factors.
