I had to drop my truck overnight & they didn't have a loaner cat available but that wasn't a deal breaker. They did diagnose my truck issue, suggested a service to correct it & it was ready early the next morning. I was surprised & grateful for the senior citizen discount which I asked about & received.

A bunch of fools who have no organizational skills what soever. They keep getting their customers contact information incorrect and keep scheduling appointments without their consent.

service done promptly. Only issue is before the service cruise control was working fine. After the service my cruise control system doesn't work. I will have to return for a diagnostic on why system is not working.

Had to wait an extended period. They had to call an autoparts store for filters. Left oily fingerprints inside my car. Didn't put my glove box back in correct.

Customer service ppl are great. It's the mechanics that they have aren't any good to me. I have litterly have spent over or close to 10k. since January. I'm still having the same problem. It's July I have to take it back in the same month for same thing. Customer service receptionists. I'll give them 5star. mechanical work negative 5star

The Cameron Country service department was great. Performed a recall service on my 2008 Grand Caravan that even included 2 new keys (that were GREATLY needed)! They kept me informed of the progress (I waited for it since I drive a little ways) and were very friendly and polite. I requested a quote for other serviced and it was provided. Highly recommended!
