I got a flat tire. I had the car towed to Camargo. You saw all tires needed to be replace and were rotting. Order tires next day I picked it up AFTER you had a car come and transport me to the dealership. I have NEVER experienced any better serivce than Camargo, even with my BMW or Mercedes!

No one called me to tell me my vehicle was ready. It set there for almost a week. I just so happened to call to check on the status and they said it was ready. I was not happy about that. I typically never have that issue with this dealership. But they did fix the problem.

Lug nuts were not replaced even though I clearly stated I needed two of them replaced. I'm not even sure if they performed the tire rotation I requested since the lug nuts are weren't replaced.

I had an oil leak--turns out they did not tighten the filter or the filter was defective, when they last changed the oil. Ok, they replaced the filter. Next day the oil light comes on--they forgot to add oil when they changed out the filter. Disappointing & frankly not what I expected, base on past experience.
