ABSOLUTELY horrible - after Kevin initially contacted me because he saw I was interested he NEVER followed up with me via email regarding trading my car for the MKZ after several attempts from me to him via email he just just never responded.
I later saw the same car advertised for double the price he was offering.
I would NEVER recommend him nor his dealership to ANYONE .

The car was in the shop about to be worked on for transmission issues! I looked at another car took two weeks for them to return a call! They ran my credit 6 times to get me financed through a company I had been pre approved !!! I was told to never go back in that dealership again!!! Got a call and an email about this car being available. Went to the dealer. The person who came and talked to us said they could not find the keys to this car at the moment, and if they couldnt find it at all, they can have one made. What?!? You dont even have the ORIGINAL keys to this car?? RED FLAG to me. Makes me wonder what else is wrong with the car. Sorry Ill pass.

The classic bait and switch. Twice they have done it to me. They tell you that the car is there to come and test drive. You get there and the car is there but its being worked on. Next time same car come down and test drive and then you find out it was sold two hours ago.

I made a cash offer and they just kept sending me a fourm letter trying to get me to fill out a application for financing. I didn't need financing I just wanted a answer for my offer (yes or no) which I never received. Went somewhere else to make my purchase. At first the guy who helped me seemed very honest and later I realized he wasnt. I was told my tags would be taken care of and I never received my updated tags. Also I noticed the price of the vehicle was wrong but way after I signed off the paperwork. My fault for not really paying attention but I thought this guy was being honest with me.
