They promised me new tires only for the back. i went back after a couple of days when they said they would have them and i waited hours for them to only tell me they only give used tires for a $51,000.00 vehicle. they did not go by there contract of two new tires for my car. they gave me used ones so i can get by. be careful. with them

Got to test drive but when I arrange to have my mechanic to check the car for me. I was told car in the shop to get fixed and was told by staff Juan will call me back when car is back to the dealer. Everything was going well. I was looking at a Civic. I ended doing a soft pull on my credit which said that it would not hit my credit with a hard inquiry. Well the day that I was suppose to go in I get a alert from my credit saying I have a new hard inquiry. I call experian and I told them that I only did a soft pull. They say that the dealer actually ran the credit. I asked the dealer and they denied it. Experian said only way to remove it is if the dealer calls them to do it. They said they wouldn't do it. I had to file a complaint with the CA Attorney General. I never signed or gave authorization to run my credit as a hard pull. Save yourself time. They are very dishonest.

Classic scammers. The list price + dealer fees + anti-theft + some other random non-negotiable add-ons. You will be going back and forth and certainly wasting your time. I found a better deal at Carmax-- and no hassle. These guys are frauds using the classic "We gotta make x amount of money or else we're losing" type of salesman. What sad little lives they live. These men only work here because they don't have the balls or knowledge to work somewhere actually legit.

I drove two hours to go see the car at the scheduled time. When I arrived I waited for another hour while they said the car was being detailed. When they finally pulled the car up nothing had been done. Not a good start. Then once in the car there were things not working all of which the dealer said would be taken care of so not to worry. Once we had worked the financing out I came down a second time to sign paperwork and had asked in writing and over the phone that they make sure car was detailed and paperwork was ready to sign as I was coming from two hours away and had limited time. I was assured everything was ready. When I arrived the car wasnt ready, had not been detailed and then when I test drive the car again AC was making loud noise and there was horrible exhaust coming out. When I told the dealer that I was not comfortable moving forward with that car they did nothing not even suggest another car on their lot that might fit my needs. I would have fired the sakes person if they were on my team. If they cant even get a car detailed and ready how can you trust they would actually get the items fixed that they promised. Dont trust these guys!
