Everything from start to finish was top notch! My car was finished in the time frame they quoted me. Drew was excellent, he made sure the car's finish was as perfect as it could be. He even went over the car touching up some minor paint chips with touch up paint before releasing it back to me! I have used Caliber before and will continue using them! I appreciate the lifetime warranty on repairs as well! Great Job!

The first windshield was wavy, so they replaced it. The second time we immediately started getting a message on our vehicle to service the front camera. Researching this message, improper installation was one of the causes. We have contacted Caliber, but they have not made an effort to repair the problem.

Unavoidably, I had to cancel my appointment for my windshield repair at the last minute. I was able to reach Caliber -an huge relief- and they graciously rescheduled it immediately. That is service! The technician arrived on time and even called to remind me he was on his way. He worked quickly, and my windshield looks great!

Instead of fixing the slightly rock chip glass, they cracked the windshield.
The tech didn't call while he arrived at my job site to fix the Rock Chip, he only called after the cracked the windshield.
No apologies.
When I asked if his Company was going to paid to replace the windshield, all he said was read your disclosure.
Very unprofessional young man. Would never recommend this Company...Horrible experience.

Wiper cover was missing at the end of service. They said they'd take care of it - haven't heard anything. Shattered glass specks covered dashboard, steering wheel and vents. Clumps of mud in the car - not only on mats, but in the cream carpet. Dirty handprints/smudges all over A pillar cream fabric and ceiling. Highly DO NOT recommend.

I had one very small chip that was repaired. I also had a small crack that they attempted to repair. The tech was not sure that the little crack would hold the epoxy so there is a possibility of the crack expanding. Then I would need to have the windshield replaced.

Good fit, good calibration, glass is clear. My only concern was when I was called to pay my deductible immediately before they could start. What if I didn't answer the phone? I would rather have paid when I dropped the car off. I'm glad I made the decision to chose Caliber.

There was a bit of time involved from sending my car for repair until they assessed damage (fairly standard for body shops), but once they assessed the damage they worked quickly.

Poor customer service... No one seems to care if the tech miss there apt./don't show up, had several repeate/rescheduled apt were tech did not show up and no ph. call as to why, evey case I had to contact them to reschedule. It took over two weeks and two different techs being assigned to my case/job to get windshield replaced.

They are friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in there door till when you drive away in your car that is like it is brand new. They even detailed the interior of the car and mine was pretty dirty. I would highly recommend Calaber Colision in San Clemente.

Tech was on time and replaced windshield quickly. However, the plastic cowling below and on the outside of the windshield was ripped on both ends. The tech failed to inform me of the damage; I had to call caliber and report the damage, and ask for the cowling to be replaced.

Unprofessional service no updates always changing the completion date and when you call to confirm the new date they talk to you like as if youre bothering them. They will also leave old parts in your car. Feel like they caused more damaged than good.

They got the car done ahead of schedule, but there was still a couple of things that was not completely done. Should have checked the work before releasing the car. Had to return 3 times to get everything completed. They apologized and had no hassles getting the things done. The car should have been gone over to make sure all was done before releasing. Not sure why it wasn't?

Repair was completed well within the promised timeframe and the work, including calibrations, was good. The only troubling thing is that Caliber has you drop off the vehicle at their body repair location to hold, waiting for the mobile repair person to come to the shop. They provided no receipt of any kind, and we felt weird just handing our keys over to someone not actually invested in our repair. While troubling, all went well.

Dropped my car off first thing in the morning and they outsourced the work and did not complete it that day (Friday) so I had to pick my car back up and bring it back on Monday. Had to take ubers that day and work not completed as promised. Also, I'm not entirely sure the work (windshield replacement) was done that well when comparing it with my wife's car's windshield seal and wiper location.
