HIGHLY RECOMMEND Caliber Auto Care Plano - Hedgecoxe! Eric was wonderful to work with and Reece the technician did a fantastic job not only replacing both headlight bulbs, but reconnecting my fog lights that hadn't functioned in over 10 years & checking my battery which turned out to be very low.

The technicians took great care in servicing my vehicle. I was always kept up to date about the status of my transmission repair. My vehicle wasn't released to me until it was thoroughly inspected and tested after the repairs were made.
The staff is very professional and I appreciate their courteous manner.

Had my inspection at this shop. Incredible facility! It was very clean and comfortable inside with complimentary Starbucks and soft seating.
The people were great and service was fast. I got an e-mail link with a detailed report on my service with photos of areas of the car checked.
This place was easy to get spoiled by the first class service and facility!

I went in for an inspection, pressed for time. Asked how long it would take I was given a window of 30-45 minutes. I was there for an hour and a half! They failed my car due to the windshield wipers. Why not just come ask me if I'd like to buy some? Instead of it failing, me buying wipers, then having to start the inspection all over again? Smh....

The staff was very friendly and professional. I feel that the Service Technicians went above and beyond with the repairs they made to my vehicle, and I really appreciate the attention to detail that they took. Their Digital Inspection is a huge benefit as they identified other issues that I was not aware of. I am definitely bringing my vehicle back for future service!

Safety inspection was smooth and fine. Facilities are new, super clean. Staff is very friendly.
But for a separate service, pricing I received for brake or and rotor replacement was above the dealer prices. That is a bummer as I was hoping to have a neighborhood place with decent prices that I could go all the time for all my cars..
