Caliber is a decent autoshop, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because when they replaced my battery they didn't install the main screw that holds the batter to the chassis. When I asked the service advisor, he said its okay and given the weight of the battery, it wouldn't move. That didn't feel right, I had to fix it on my own.

I had a problem with the heater and they determined nothing was wrong and did not charge for it.
The oil change was handled as usual with ease.
These professional are forthright and honest.
