Service was excellent. However, I didn't like the lady coming to the waiting area asking everyone what kind of car they had and she was going to get them a free appraisal. This should have been asked not told. Also, if she would have checked, she would have noticed I purchased my car less than 30 days ago and she was asking me to upgrade. This was distasteful customer service.
