Liked how easy it was to get a service appointment and get the service done in a timely manner. Also, Service Representative was very professional. However, since I typically don't carry a lot of cash, and pay everything by credit card, I did not like finding out I would be charged an additional fee for using my credit card when I went to pay the bill.

I had to have 4 new tires and a front end alignment. Before purchasing my tires I hit potholes changing lanes and blew 2 tires and had to have a front end alignment. After picking up my car one of the sensors on one of the tires went out after driving 15 minutes. I had to take it back and replaced the sensor at no charge. The staff are very nice and friendly.

STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. NOTE: Customer waiting area is not Cadillac quality. Computer stations, sodas, donuts, snacks were not present or adequate. Kept locked up How demeaning, This is the only Cadillac Dealership that I have ever been at where all of the above were not present. (Dimmitt Cadillac, Ed Morse, Coast) Some even have popcorn machines.

They are the best, they do excellent and timely service, they let you know what they found that needs serviced but they don't pressure you to get it done. They always vacuum and wash your car when they are done. Freddy is the best service writer they have, he always keeps you advised what is going on and what needs to be done. I highly recommend Cadillac of Knoxville.
