I arrived on time, and the wait time was too long. After, checking out, when leaving the dealership, a sensor light was on. I had to return to the service department and show the service technician the sensor light. That was additional time. I realize it was Friday afternoon.

This is the worst dealership I have ever encountered in my life. The salesman was rude from the get go and so was his boss. They need to learn to coordinate their lies so they don't look like liars. Also they knew I was driving 3 hours to get there and the vehicles were not like they presented. Both were dirty, unkept and even one smelled horrible. I would never consider this dealership to do business with.

Keep my car for 3 weeks told me first it was alternator and starter and then they call back after two weeks and told me its was my motor and my car was in good shape never had any problems with my Cadillac XTS first time in the shop great condition only use it to go to the Dr and church in this car.

First I love the price of my oil change and tire rotation. I also like the fact that they didn't take all day to do it. The staff are friendly and helpful. The waiting area and restroom was clean. There was nothing I didn't like about the staff, service, company or price I didn't like.

Everything was fine, but by the car I could have gone longer than what the book said. The book shows 3000 mile and the service department said I could have gone more. I talked to the service department on the phone and they didn't tell me that.
