The folks here are always good to me. However, two of my pet peeves with service places are (1) when I make the appointment online, telling them what I need done, and then they ask me when I pull up what I need done. (2) Not getting notified when my car is ready to be picked up.

I know it was the holidays but my car was there for 18 days and I was not contacted regularly with updates, I h see d to call to be told they were waiting on a part for 2 weeks. Since it is the only Cadillac dealer near and my car is still in warranty I have to use it.

I couldn't be happier with my service from Cadillac of Birmingham. Prince and Eric both took really great care of my vehicle. When buying a car I 1st make sure the service department is up to par. This service department is why I'll only be buying and servicing Cadillac vehicles from Cadillac of Birmingham.

Ridiculous fees from start to finish. Their so-called "documentation" charges were laughably high. I didn't even bother going in I emailed another dealership right after and got a far better deal without any of the nonsense fees. If you like paying extra for nothing, this is the place. Otherwise, skip it
