This time the service representative took interest in completing my service request in a timely manner. It didn't take long, and they simi cleaned the vehicle afterwards. Compared to the first time I visited this service department, it took long. In addition, I was told my electrical problem would have to be looked into by setting an appointment due to their electrical technicians only being available on certain days.

They did not take the things that I reported about the car seriously. Two different chronic problems that have been happening every since I have owned the car, they still contend that they can not replicate; Upon picking up the vehicle I was able "replicate" one of the problems 3 or 4 times within a 30 seconds with the service manager seated in my car.

The car keeps losing or burning oil for no apperent reason with no leakage they keep on telling me its idle for long time thats why i need to keep adding oil between services thats bolony they know it i know it the 2023 escallade has deffective engine. I have 4 other cars don't even drive much and am a dr so not uber diver or etc., they keep running me around and waisting my time giving me much more stress in my life

Too much to say so I will say I was treated with so much disrespect and was told go tell the Service manager he didn't care..I have a few more months of service I'm leaving and going to Penske in Torrance... my treatment was horrible. I don't even want to go back for the free oil change.....purchased my car here cash out no payments.. I felt like a joke...
