The service advisorEmmanuel this was the second time Emmanuel take care of me, he is very professional took-care of my needs kept me informed every step of my repairs he went over andabove his job duties to take care of me. I would definitely recommend the dealership to other people. That's why I bought another car from Toyota and Cadillac Of Marin it's because after the sales Emmanuel and also why salesman, Tilly took good care of me as things I need it. It's great to see an establishment have employees I care about their job and above and beyond to help people I'll always be a return customer.

I liked the service, safety check and Manny and other folks who work there.
I DID NOT LIKE the fact that replacing the steering wheel under a recall resulted in cancelling all my presets for side mirrors, seat positions etc. This was not noticed, and I drove away with hindered vision, especially from side view mirrors, a safety issue. I had to go back a few days later to reset everything because I had forgotten how. Otherwise - PERFECT !!!!
