This most recent service experience stemmed from my having to return to the dealer due to an incomplete job from the next to most recent prior $1,000 service. Unfortunately, the quality of work being performed not just here at Cabe, but throughout the industry is in decline.

Outstanding service from Cabe service department. My preferred service advisor, Jeremy, promptly greeted me when I arrived for my appointment. He checked my service records to see what service my car needed. Before I knew it, he came to get me in the waiting area, and told me my car was done.

I like seeing the same familiar friendly faces after years of being a Cabe customer. I know what to expect , I've had most all of the service reps. Daisy is exceptional along with Kenny, Frank & the other reps. The gals to pay & check out are also very nice along with the parts department, Boon & the other fellows.

Cabe Toyota is the best dealership. Excellent service and lowest prices. Transparent pricing and inventory. Sales explained all details before you signed any paperwork. Sales also made sure all the Toyota App was set up before I drove out of the dealership.

I brought my truck in because of a whirring sound coming from under the hood. I was told the Power steering fluid was low. What I found that Cabe didn't, it was a pinched seal that was leaking. I took it to AAMCO to fix their work from this past May, when they rebuilt the entire front end and must have pinched the seal. Cabe's Service should have found the seal. If they had, I would have given this review 5 stars.

Liked the service employees. Disliked the work - checked under hood and there was oil marks. Report says tires adjusted to specs 35psi, but was not. Fingerprints and dirty work showed on the front end of vehicle. Not clean work. Tech did not care to wipe the hood/bumper from his dirty work.

I had my 2 year mantance and tire rotation done. I was there for about 2 hours which I didn't mind I enjoyed their complimentary coffee. It would of been nice if they told me I needed the 2 filters during the time I was there. Now I need to make another appt.

I don't like that I got a message on my car that says steering power low visit the dealer. I took it up there twice and both times they didn't find anything. I presented a picture of the message but the mechanic said it didn't happen when he drove it for 30 miles.

This visit was to pick up the second key for the recently purchased vehicle. All went well until we returned home after using the new key, It froze in the ignition and we could not turn the car off unless we jiggled, pulled, pushed over and over again. This requires another trip back to the dealer and hopefully it will be fixed so as to use it with ease like the other key we received

They took over three hours after they told me it would be 2-3 hour of a wait. All I needed to know was why was my tire deflating after they patched a hole in my tire. They informed me that there was nothing wrong with the tire,It was the car sensors that needed to be recalibrated...

I had a scheduled appointment for routine maintenance. I always like how service is friendly from all team members, the facilities are clean, there is plenty of space to sit (spread out from all other customers), and my appointment always acknowledged; service is usually pretty quick for these appointments which is appreciated.
