My husband took my Infiniti QX80in to see why my check engine light wouldn't go off. I had taken it to the dealership and was told it wasn't a big deal. Well come to find out they had left my hose clamp loose. Thank you CIA for troubleshooting the problem and fixing it amongst other things.

They had trouble removing my magnetic oil drain plug and I had to pay for a regular plug from the Porsche dealer. Also, when I drove it to my friend's home, I discovered that I had a major oil leak. But they had closed and I had to wait until the next day as they did not install the required crush washer. This does not sit well with me at all. The last time I had the oil changed I received a military discount but alas, not this time.
