A misunderstanding about the expression "out-the-door price". Your man misunderstood my meaning to be the price of an individual tire. My understanding of the expression is the full bottomline charge of the transaction (tire plus all the additional charges), hence as customer is OK going "out the door". Sorry about our shared misunderstanding of the transaction.

The shop has recently opened. I had the 100,000 mile checkup done by them at another location.
I waited for my car, and was pleased to find the service done in good time and efficiently. They also replaced a sensor that was not working and brought my attention to a damaged tire cover. Ive mo idea how that could have been damaged but it was good to be aware of it.
