Technician removed the tire I had purchased from elsewhere out of my 2023 Mazda Hatchback by dragging it across my rear bumper and leaving some pretty substantial scratches. Guy was too lazy to pick the 10# little tire up and over my paint. Pretty ridiculous, considering I was standing there watching him. Wait was excessive to merely mount a tire that I already had, took about an hour and there was only one other person waiting.

I had new low profile tires & new wheels mounted on my car. The tires had 3 different colored dots and they all have a specific purpose. They didnt check where the dots needed to go and they had it 13# light on air. We went on a road trip and it was awful experience due to the shimmy in the steering that I didnt have before.

Sadly, we went to Walmart last March 2025 to order my tires and they didn't even last a year. Went the other day to get my tires put on and I kicked myself because I forget how wonderful Prentice is and what a good job he . I just wish there was a way to keep the screaming kids from echoing in the waiting room lol.
Three vehicles all of our tires are from here and I won't go anywhere else again never mind the other little things they've done for us 10 out of 10 recommend
