Amazing in all respects. Just an oil change, but fast in and out, friendly, gave information, etc., etc. I worked with a fellow named (I think) Jonathan and he was excellent in giving information, time to completion, etc., etc. (I didn't bother him, just asked!!), and all of the other individuals in the office seemed to give the same service to their customers.

Service was great, and they accommodated our changing schedule. Only negative - one week later got a text saying our recall was still due, and another text saying the car was due for service. Someone in IT needs to link services and messages better.

Nowhere on website where I scheduled appointment is there is price list for scheduled maintenance. Called at 7:25 am when I was asleep. Supposedly quoted me over $800 and I approved that on a 13 year old car. Found out the price when they called to say it was ready. By then it was too late. Got them to drop to $600, but still felt gouged.

Was able to get a loaner car, since I had several things done. Best part is one of the repairs that was fixed-Suburu had extended the warranty on knowing that it was a gliche in the system of our particular year outback. If they hadn't done that I'm sure that would have been a big expense onto my bill. A lot of the times I end up having Matt as my service representative and he is so nice and extremely helpful!

I don't have to say but you always have to tell the guys changing the oil or giving you update to either lube the chassis or check the wipers which means that they're not doing so. They're just keeping the car back there. I think they need a little more oversight in doing their job

Upon my arrival to the main entrance that I've always entered, and serviced for a similar issue (tire light indicator) was met by an associate and redirected to a different site. Taking my car to Byers VW was by far the worst mistake I've made in a while. I went in for an oil change on my perfectly functioning Atlas and walked out with a broken hood latch they refused to take responsibility for braking. They not only broke my vehicle and wont fix it, they charged me a "diagnostic finding fee" for finding the issue they caused. DO NOT take your vehicle to them.

On time, greeted by a coordinator, after service received a detailed printout of work done, as well as a verbal explanation. Charge for services was reasonable. In waiting room there was an odd smell, smoke-like mixed with a cleaning product smell. This made my nose run and sinuses burn.
