The alternator in my car died on the way to visit my family. I was 60 miles from home and had my car towed to Butitta Auto on Mill Rd. at noon. They replaced the alternator the same day and I was able to drive my car home by 4pm. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Very professional. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me a great price on my brakes and did a fantastic job. Gave me a heads-up regarding possible future problems, but did not push me on it, just being helpful. The building was clean and didn't smell like oil and grease. This was at the Mill Rd location in Rockford, IL. Bill and team did a great job with my oil change and checking my right front wheel housing. They are always helpful, honest and thorough with my car. I know they intend to keep my vehicle running and performing as expected.
