Service was okay on the oil and sync recall. When they said they would have to keep my car for 3 days for the recall on the doors and that they could not give me a car to drive I was told that I was reading too much into the recall letter I received in the mail. I am not stupid. I was very insulted by this. I have had some concerns about this car since I bought it like the noises it makes when it is just sitting. Also I had a bad wreck because I still stand by my belief that this car will accelerate on its own when it is in reverse. I got it stopped the first 2 times but not the 3rd time. Of course they blame it on us old people hitting the gas instead of the brake. I don't think I will buy another Ford. Thanks for your time. Nellie Balogac
