It's always a pleasure to have my car serviced there. The staff is courteous and respectful. The only thing I didn't like this time was the technician that worked on my car checked the air in tires, but didn't put all the valve stem caps back on. Missing caps on 2 tires and there the green caps.

Sent my wife with her unit for service since I was wrapping up other items prior to surgery. Part of what the unit was taken in for was not done. She was not notified by anyone except the unit was ready and bill presented. This is the second time a particular service was not done when that same unit was taken in for service. My confidence is starting to get lost for the service department.

Service has been lacking, the work I requested was not completed. In the past I have had a few issues, I do not feel like I am listened to. My husband has not had this issue. Now I have to set up another appointment to complete the work I requested on the first appointment. Enough is enough.

Service writer Rick did a great job working with me in getting my issue corrected. The mechanic did a wonderful job in checking all possibilities and finding the part on the front end suspension to replace that was causing the problem. Kudos to service!!

My truck didn't have enough battery to start after work. Called and got in same day. Not only was they quick but they gave me truck a wash. From arrival to departure in under a hr. Couldn't ask for much more from a unexpected issue with such quick turn around.

Great service Dept. no matter what a person is having done. Service writers to the mechanics along with the service manager all take care of a customers needs. They dont try to up sell you on items just to make a sale. They have a customers best interest at heart.

The service work was really good, waiting area was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that I had a 2:00 scheduled appt and arrived 5 -10 minutes early. I did not get done with and oil change and tire rotation until after 3:30. I feel an oil change & rotation only should not take that long.

I got there before my time was scheduled and got right. I had oil change and tires rotated by the time I was to be there I was out and heading back home. I have always had great service with Burtness Chevrolet. They treat you with great service and friendly personal. Will always be Burtness customer.

I CALLED SERVICE DEPT & ASK IF THEY COULD GET ME IN TO HAVE A NAIL TAKEN OUT OF TIRE AS I HAD TO GO TO BRODHEAD,WIS & BE THERE AT A CERTAIN TIME. The staff and service at Burtness were excellent. Everyone from staff that helped me schedule were so nice, even when I had to reschedule due to an unexpected conflict, to the service department and it is always nice stopping in and catching up with the salesman, Mike, who sold me the car. They also had a huge selection of cars on the lot the day we were there - truly a Top Notch Dealership!!

People were nice and courteous but two hours after leaving their facility my CEL was back on continuously. Not happy with their fix, which wasn't. Maybe they just didn't want to waste time and money on a warranty fix or they didn't have a clue how to fix the problem. Whatever the reason, won't go back there for repairs or maintenance.
