They are really a great group of people! From sales (James), to service David, Joel, and I cannot think of his name. Great guys! And the mechanics...Chris comes out and says hi to me by my first name whenever he sees me. Those guys do a great job back there. 19 years I have been going there.

Professional staff, exceptionally clean waiting room and bathroom. And the only service center I've been to that has comfortable seating and FREE beverages (coffee, tea, water, sodas) and snacks (cookies, chips, granola bars & more). I don't mind waiting when you offer all these amenities however, I never have to wait long at all and find them coming for me before I finished my first soda!

A bad turbo charger put in my car causing all oil to go all over parts under the hood! I had to take my car back 3 times in 3 weeks! With the first time they had no loaner car making me rent one from a car rental for over $300 and then making be pay for an oil change and tire rotation! I should not have had to pay for that! Granted I didn't have to pay for anything else.

Had oil change and tire rotation done. I asked them to check tire pressure on all tires as I thought they were somewhat low. Service man said that they would. When I left there I checked tire pressure reading in truck information and they were all still down on pressure. They never dealt with it. Disappointed in that quite honestly. That is the basis for 4 stars instead of 5.

Took my truck in for a rattle under the hood. Dealer only took care of the open recall and didn't address my concern. Even offered to come show them the noise but said their mechanic will find it. This is after my truck sat behind the shop for a week before being looked at.

They didn't even address my issues that was stated on the work order, and the technician's note on the work order indicates that. So basically, I paid $150 for a truck wash, because they didn't diagnose anything. I've bought a lot of vehicles from them, but I doubt I will buy from them again.

Took vehicle in for oil change , also had spark plugs replaced. After vehicle was returned had to bring it back for a service engine light.. Found cracked spark plug which was just replaced. Got vehicle back after replacement, now its very jumpy during acceleration. suspecting another cracked spark plug although I was told they were all checked.. will see what tomorrows service visit brings...

my locking lug nuts were thrown away because 1 broke off in the locking key. they said I should of asked for the parts, I did not know I had to ask. they charged me for lug nuts and put them on my jeep and they do not even come close to the ones that are on there. I had 4 locking lug nuts and I now have about 10 small silver lug nuts on my tires. Why 10 if only 4 were thrown away. I will not be back..
