Had the lot boy drive my car for 76 miles to tell me the same problem it went in for and never fixed the problem!!!!! But charged $700. Was not allowed to talk to the manager or owner either.

It wasn't really clear what services were included with oil change...do they inflate tires etc? Also there was no window sticker reminder,so I had to physically write down the mileage and date so I would hopefully remember when the next due date is.

I ended up buying a car at another dealer, but Burlington was great throughout the entire time I was looking. They were very responsive to my questions. Unfortunately the car I wanted was purchased by someone else.
