July 30th 2025, I took my new HR-V to Honda of Burleson because I recently got a door ding. They were totally understanding. I was charged a price I could afford. Yes it would have been nice if it was cheaper, but for a new car it was worth it. But they got me a quote speedily and their team got right on it. Door ding was completely gone !

I was greeted by the assistant service manager and let him know the list of items that needed maintenance and he got my Ford in the system and on the way to getting serviced. It was a good experience for me, and the truck ran smoothly afterwards. I am very pleased with the quality of work that Burleson Honda does on my vehicles.

The van's repair work went well, replacing the master cylinder. The vehicle runs great. The Service Manager was great to work with, and communicated excellently with us throughout the repair and needed tasks that were required for the work. We are very happy with the repair to our Honda.

Always get good service here.
Only problem is the car/Pilot. Honda (not Burleson) Corporation needs to figure out why I have so much trouble with electrical things in the back of the car, i. e. brake lights, windshield wiper, door lock, etc. Blamed on rodent eating wiring when the quarter panel is supposedly tightly sealed. Service people flabbergasted as I am also.

Replaced all my windshield wipers, they said front ones are no longer inserts, but after researching it it says they are. So I had to buy the whole blade, which is more expensive. But otherwise service was great, also got my 3rd oil change

Oil change and car wash went well without a appointment. Cost without the sevice special would have been $84.95 but the special reduced it to $64.95 which i thought was reasonable.
