My oil change went fine. However, I had a 10:00 o:clock, arrived early, then stood around until 10:15 am to get checked in. There was no other customers waiting to be helped. In the past appointments I was welcomed warmly and assessed straight away. May this was just an off day.

The reps were nice and easy to understand. Burien Nissan fixed what they said they would fix. However, the price was padded/much higher than it should have been. In addition they charged a flat fee for a recall. I will likely not use Burien Nissan's service again.

As far as I know they fixed the recall issues but they charged me $280 just to tell me I had a bad 12 volt battery. And they would've charged another $250 to replace it. The local battery shop charged $130 to confirm the diagnosis AND replace the battery.

I had to go back after a service. The plug on the oil wasn't put back on correctly. After the service, My windshield wiper fluid wasn't filled. Call the service writer, He basically said, nothing, It's sad that I had to return and clean oil out of my garage. I probably will be looking for somewhere else to have my car serviced.

One thing to suggest... when doing a tire rotation or putting on new tires, please ensure the recommended PSI is checked for the tires before sending the customer off. I've had to return to the service bay twice now, the last time the brand new tires had a PSI between 47 and 51 - s/b 35 PSI.
