This was a routine visit. However I want to say that the service rep, Ryan, who helped me was such a gem.
He answered all of my questions, he did some research on my car and it's service history to help me make a decision about what services to choose. But mostly he was respectful of me and took my questions seriously without impatience or "mansplaining". It was such a delight. Who ever says that about taking a car in for service?

2016 Volt Battery Electronic Control Module went bad. Took 8 weeks to get it replaced. That's after I had to contact GM customer service to have them help the service department to find that part. No loaner was offered\available. Cart was dirty when I received it for it was parked outside all this time.

Very poor customer, never follow up, and tell you incorrect info. Waited weeks for a part (that was already paid for) was told they would call me once in 7 weeks later I called and they had in it for weeks. They said I could just drop off and they would do it. Walk in and they tell me I need an appointment. Wont be returning after numerous issues over the years.

This was warranty repair. Not all of the parts were order at the same time. So they had to keep car, only to discover a broken part that had to be ordered, keeping car thru weekend. No offer for rental...was told the mechanic broke the part, then told when I went to pick up car, that part was all ready broke.

I dropped my truck off at 7:am for an oil change and air bag replacement. Work was to take 2 - 3 hours. I arrive at 1:30 that afternoon and the service attendant said it wasnt ready yet. I waited for and hour only to find out it was completed at 10:am. They mixed my work with someone elses.
