OVER one and one half hours seemed like a long time for an oil change and general checkup. It was also recommended that I have the engine air filter and cabin filter changed. The engine air filter was not in stock and consequently not done, but no further recommendation or scheduling was offered. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

I tried to set this up with use of a loaner because 90% of the time I bring my car in, it needs something else and was denied. This time it didn't but I still waited a couple of hours for an oil and cabin filter change.

Service reservation was at 3pm, took me 10 min. Early. my time was considered valuable also. Requested specific mechanic, no problem. Burdick BMW first rate service. Wouldn't trust anyone else to service my car even though I live 1 hour from their location.

This place is a sh*tshow. They screwed up my car and refuse to take blame. My power steering and electrical stuff was working fine when I dropped it off but after I picked it up there my car was no longer functional. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . the service manager dave gallardo is a complete liar and refuses to take any blame. What a joke this place is I will be taking legal action

I have spent over $1600 in the last week on two different appointments and now my car is making a noise that it never has done before. I took it back and they said well it's not worth fixing and refused to look at it again and told me to take it somewhere else. The tech was very rude and disrespectful.

Very nice people to deal with. They could've made an expensive diagnosis, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they were very honest. And they expedited for me....I 'm not their regular customer (I recently relocated to Syracuse ) but plan to buy my next car from Burdick BMW. I'd recommend their Service Department to anyone. (I'm a widow in my 60's ).
