As always, the car never breaks down to fit a schedule or when it's convenient. Burdick's once again made time and room in their schedule to address my "immediate need". It wasn't minor, and it wasn't inexpensive, but it was repaired right and all in the same day. Their customer service and attention to details is certainly a gold standard. I rely on them completely.
