I was without my vehicle for over a month. Never was given a loaner. Was told I would have to rent my own vehicle. Not everyone has thousands laying around to rent a vehicle for a month.

Great Service! I had to wait a few minutes at the front desk before someone arrived. The only thing keeping this visit from receiving 5 stars is the fact that none of the other workers acknowledged me. A "someone will be with you in a moment" would have been nice.

The service was really good except for they Bull Motor send you out automatic invoice as soon as you check your car in. The estimated cost of the oil change showed $48 but then winded up being $104 when I questioned it he said that the automatic estimated cost that was sent out was inaccurate and needed to be fixed and they were working on it so I didn't want to argue so I paid the $104
