Great customer service! They helped me out of a bind when I had already ordered tires from another store, but there were no tires available to replace the damaged tire while I waited for the order. Buettner tires had the tire in stock and replaced it even when I arrived 15 minutes before closing!

Timely, though sometimes there's a little wait. Very nice and thorough in explaining anything going on. They won't charge for work that ends up having to be redone or requires going back to the dealer. We're very happy with Buettner, they're accommodating and seem honest to deal with.
