I came in to have my front struts replaced and an alignment and on the way home, I noticed my car on the driver's side was making noise, so I brought it back the next day and they found that it was an easy fix and were done with it in an hour and 15 minutes. I drove it home and the noise was gone! I highly recommend getting your car serviced at Buena Park Honda!

I almost always come here for my service on my vehicle cause its the closest dealership to me. but this last time was kind of the icing to the cake of not wanting to bring my vehicle to them anymore. the customer service just isn't there anymore. They no longer make me want to return here.

The Service adviser is not good , when Customer complain the last job they did not completed . She said " the Service was done over 1 month why you are note check, the bolts losed made this problem. My car is 2022 honda accord sport . I did oil change , they opened oil filter cover & did not put it back.

I came in to do my recall on my ac condenser. The workers were very nice and came in a fast timely manner. They got my info and had the car be brought into service right away. Did not had to wait to long for my car to be finished. Definitely worth coming back here again for my car service.

Poor! Not good customer service. Took it in for a scheduled oil change. It took 2 hours before I got a text that it was finished. When I was outside waiting, I noticed the car was parked out front by the new cars all wet. The car was parked there for almost 25 minutes. They waited for it to self dry before they let me know that it was done. It was left with water spots on the paint and windows.

Literally went in for an oil change and the service rep denied it. Like if it's not my car a decision on when to get it. Didn't like her attitude. Wasn't caring and bad expirance really will never go back there.
