Budd Baer collision service repaired the car 2 days earlier than expected, notified me of extra damage, sent it to their service center for inspection for me, and handled the connection with Erie Insurance regarding the damage done to my car by the person who ran the red light and clipped my bumper. I was highly satisfied with their service this time.

I had suspicions that when I was paying for a tire rotation in the past that I was charged but the tire rotation was not done. I marked one of my tires when I brought my car in for service this time. Although I was charged for a tire rotation the marked tire was in the same place. No tire rotation was done.
Now I wonder if some of the other services I paid for were also not done.
Will not do business with Budd Baer again.

Car required PA safety inspection and two recalls.. Also had droning noise in front end. Droning was caused by faulty left front hub bearings. The front sway bar links were worn and required replacement. The workmanship and thorough status report were excellent. My reason for giving 3 stars was the cost for the work was double the estimated average cost for this work on the internet.

They operate good dealerships here. The Baer family are great. I have know them personally for many years. I/we have also done non automotive business together for years. Like any service department they are not 100% perfect but generally do a great job! It is very encouraging to know that very good people also run a great business.

I have taken my vehicle there three times now with concerns of the white smoke coming from my exhaust. After a piece was replaced I was excited it would be over with, but then it continued. When taking it back for the third visit I was told it is fine and nothing is wrong that it would most likely stop. The same day it came right back. Will have to try another dealership.

The front brakes and rotors were not ordered until I called the day before the appt to verify that they were. Also I had my car inspected two weeks before and was told only my front brakes need replaced which is why I has this appt but during this appt I was told the back brakes needed replaced too as well as air filters. How wasnt this noticed two weeks prior?

My appointment was for 8:30am. I arrived at 8:20. Servive manager was very polite and checked me in at that time . She informed me of an issue with rear brakes and gave me an estimate of the service. All tires were replaced and vehicle had an alignment. Service was excellent I was on my way in two hours

Super nice dealership. The Bear family members are great people and they run a great business. Everyone here is super friendly. A couple years ago they bought local property and built brand new buildings for a few brands. Therefore, everything they have is newer and up to date. Showroom and waiting area for the Mazda building are very nice. Overall, a good place to deal with!

Great locally owned dealerships. The Baer company sells multiple different brands. I have known and done non-automotive business with this family for 30 years. They are a kind, genuine and giving family. Makes it easier to spend money here. Plus, I trust the Baer's and their employees opinion on service. Always have had a good experience even for basic service.

Took my truck for heater recall got it back and kept getting a low coolant alarm when it was ok. Took it back they charged me $200 to tell me the sensor was bad , which I already presumed that they screwed up! Wanted another $600 to replace, crooks and scam artists. Ill live with it.

Dealership is very good about fitting you in to the service schedule. Multiple alerts about appointment via texts and emails. During service they text you with current status and if you are needed to make any decision/s. All in all a great dealership owned by a super nice local family.

An "over phone" order of parts was a bad idea. I needed the left side mirror damage repaired and it ended up being a mess. I asked for the internal parts excluding the outside casing and the mirror itself. Ended up with the mirror without the parts necessary to repair the damage. Lesson learned with time wasted with just a mirror for the parts ordered.

I have never been treated like a second class citizen until I dealt with this place. I will never recommend or suggest that anyone go here. Not that my opinion counts. Because it is just mine. Customer service was awful. When you advise you don't even need the emissions done and the tech still does it and wants to change you for work that your insurance is paying for during to ab accident. Trash is all I can say

Everyone is always super nice. The place is clean with several comfortable waiting areas. My car was ready quickly. I met the owner when looking for a complimentary soda when the one I like wasnt there. He gave me one with a cup of ice from te employees area. He was very nice.

As usual, worth waiting for Maintenace for those retired. Good service, even when I thought there was a problem after the service was completed. They took the time to check out my mistaken water - for a leak in the oil. What more can you ask of a service?
