The service at Buckeye Nissan is outstanding! Car was done in a quick turnaround and best of all, you need only to tell them once what needs to be done and you are assured it gets done correctly. There is no other place to get your car serviced in my opinion.

They drove me home because, I didn't want to sit there and wait. A very friendly service man drove me and said if I need for him to come back and get me just call. They were fortunate enough to find the problem with my car and fixed it. I told them I knew it needed an oil change , they also rotated my tires. I am very thankful for the service I recieved..

The texting feature on Apple Carplay is not working. The service person said to give it 30 days till their updates and my iphone updates start talking to each other. The thing is, it worked for a few months, then stopped. I never had this issue with my older model Nissan. I'll take my car back to this shop, only because this is a new car, and they need to resolve this issue! It's a feature I use frequently.

I was told I would be contacted on the progress of the work and I wasn't. When I picked my truck up the service person turned me over to the person that takes payment without any explanation on what work was done to my truck and the problem I had. I was not impressed with the person that first talked to me and written what was wrong up. Don't know how he ever got the four plagues on his desk. He was very cold.

Overall great but little disappointed that I specifically mentioned battery and results I got were passing, was not until I challenged this and then costed me another 300 dollars to replace battery. Would have been nice to know this on 1st estimate provided since I mentioned battery at drop off. Also called spouse phone number when I confirmed it was my phone number to call when the car was done.
