I have gone to Bryan Subaru on Airline to service my Forrester since I bought it. The staff has always been very professional and courteous. Each time I gone there, the waiting area and restrooms has always been clean and the atmosphere is very inviting. I would recommend Bryan Subaru to anyone who's needs there vehicle serviced.

Repairs done quickly and staff very helpful in adjusting repair scope based on added request. Also very accommodating in doing unusual service including adding gas to the tank! (Also recommended against certain services which won't be needed for a year or so. Appreciated the candor.)

Service above and beyond what's expected, every time! Everyone is so friendly and helpful!! I've been to other places like SpeeDee Oil due to convenience of their location but have regretted not going to the Subaru dealership instead. Never again!! I'll be going to Subaru Service always. I also plan to buy my next car from them as well.

Regular visit at 90 thousand! Very resilient and reliable vehicle. Additional services caught me by surprise, however the service provided was outstanding as well as the $ investment for continuing longevity of my 19' Crosstrek . Thanks Subaru Crew! (expectations for an upgrade are dancing in my head this Xmas in July)

Bryan Subaru is a good place to get service done. The service writers are easy to work with, and everyone is friendly. The waiting area is always clean and well-stocked with drinks and treats! Also, the work is always done in a timely fashion, and they let you know if they find any issues you weren't aware of. Also, they do a good job in the wash bay.

Needed a new battery immediately -it's 330pm. 555pm all done and everything calibrated. So appreciative that they squeezed me in at the last minute and made it happen! Great ending to a stressful situation at the end of the day. Subaru roadside assistance had a tech / tow truck there in 15 minutes!!!!

scheduling, drop off easy; professional and thorough review of work needed and performed. Apparently it's been their practice to charge a credit card surcharge, which I didn't know in advance. This was a large work order and worth stating during scheduling rather than tell me at check out "there are signs". Not a deal breaker, but not a mint on my pillow, either

Excellent service. This visit required maintenance which was partially covered by a third party warranty. My service rep, Brian, navigated thru which required some extra steps to make sure I received the proper discounts. The shop and service area are always clean, and everyone is welcoming.

The service was completed as per appointment. The service advisor said they were backed up and car wasn't ready for about 2 hours later than expected, but had dropped car off with husband and were able to return when it was ready. The dealership washes car after servicing and they do a comprehensive exterior wash and car looks great!

I love the treatment I receive when I go to Subura, which I go nowhere else for service on my car. Brian Guzzardi is the best. I show up unannounced with an issue and he always works me into the schedule to help solve my problem. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the time and care they have for me.

Bryan Subaru is an excellent place to get service done on my Subaru. They continue the great service I've experienced at other Subaru Dealers! Friendly and helpful service writers and mechanics who do a good job in a timely fashion. Subaru's consistency in dealerships is one of the reasons I've been a Subaru customer since 2009. Their quality is also one of the reasons.

As usual and expected, Bryan Subaru provided excellent service I was informed that I needed filter changes. The only slight glitch, was when I went to payfor my service, I was not notified there would be a surcharge for using a credit card. While $8 + dollars was not that much, I could have used my debit card and saved that money had I had the information.
