The Black 2024 Audi A6 that was advertised in Great condition was actually horrible! I believe they photoshopped the pictures posted. The Body was banged up, Paint was scratched up, and they started New tires though they neglected to mention each tire was a different brand. Terrible Deal ship!

Shop replaced electric water pump assembly and battery. Had been loss of power Was difficult to diagnose source of problem by two different diagnoses. Believe battery was on edge of failure and one cell shorted out and gave 8 volt reading. There was a mouse nest in the plenum. Harness casing chewed, no wire damage. KDC.

Completely miss quoted me on breaks, took two hours just to diagnose when it was supposed to take two hours to install start to finish and there was no effort to accommodate the quote they originally gave me. Also took half an hour to pick me up next door with the "courtesy shuttle"- wasted three hours and went home with nothing done to my car.

They place ad's for cars that are "available" then once you are in the door scheduled for a test drive they come up with some excuse as to why the car I came in for isn't available any longer. One excuse was that someone else "just now put" a down payment on the car just before I arrived and the other excuse was that they "just found" a transmission issue with the vehicle.

I had t pay a 250$ fee just to tell me part wasn't covered buy service contract and it was something easy to see was broken and to check all these other things again which car was in for an oil change 2 weeks ago when the oil plug was loose after they finished and I had to tighten and fix myself so engine didn't get damaged

What I liked is that everyone was friendly, the shop and waiting room was clean, coffee and water available. Prompt service. Price for oil change was to high and estimate for front brakes was higher than local mechanic by about $300.00

have full coverage and the inspection wasn't done properly. I'm having problems with the brakes and they refused to inspect them before I've driven 20,000 miles, saying that the insurance doesn't cover that. It's ridiculous.
